I bought this book to study for the CDR Certification in Gerontological Nutrition. Of the books recommended for this exam, this book was the most helpful.

I read the whole thing and Nutrition in gerontology book was less boring than other similar textbooks. It has a lot of interesting info on vitamin/drug interactions and vitamin/mineral deficiencies which helpful charts 4/5(5).
